Return Policy

The customer has the right to cancel or return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. The customer must first inform KOW Lifestyle before returning the shipment via email. The product has to be returned unused and in the original packaging. The customer will be refunded within 10 days if the returned products satisfies above mentioned preconditions.
The costs of return shipments are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer requires a different size.
